Retrieveing Old Energy, which is left
behind through innumerous occasions.
Every human individual
has an energetic personal Sun above their physical head.
This personal sun is connected with the Great Central Sun of our Universe,
which is at its turn connected to the Universal Creative Light-Source, our original point of Creation.
During our daily life we have an amount of experiences,
for instance going to work/ school, interacting with people, day/night-dreaming,
doing shopping, and what have you for other imaginable situations.
With every interaction we leave a small portion of our personal energy behind, connected to these uncountable situations.
After a while this might give a person a lack of energy, a feeling of being tired many times.
Starting with this quick exercise each day/ several times a week,
we might feel more energetic during our busy days.

say out loud or silent inwardly
With Intend and my Permission I (. . . . say your name) NOW call back into my own personal Sun,
my energy which I left behind during every cause, core, effect, record, memory and momentum
of every feeling, word, thought, hearing and action in this lifetime and any other lifetime,
in this dimension and any other dimension, in every direction and every reality.”

you ask you Sun with your Intend and your Permission to run this
brand new pure energy through your physical body.
