name is Lori Giesbrecht and I am one of thousands of members of "The
Coalition to Stop Smart Meters in British Columbia", currently
participating in the class action lawsuit against BC Hydro in the
Supreme Court of BC.

Hydro/utility companies in England have stopped forcing people to accept them.
The German Government has ordered all smart meter installations to now be voluntary.
-Installing a smart meter on your house or business without your informed.
consent is in violation of 7 Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms:
1) The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees me the right to liberty to make important personal choices.
2) The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom guarantees me the right to life, liberty and security.
3) The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom guarantees me the right to security from unreasonable search and seizure.
4) The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom guarantees me the right to respect for my private life, to non-disclosure of confidential information.
5) The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees my right to well-being.
6) The Trespass Act (of British Columbia - BC 462).
7) The Human Rights Code protects persons from being harassed or discriminated against and from retaliation should they complain.
