I haven't said anything substantial enough about the PPACA for you to even begin to think about determining my knowledge regarding it. I am VERY informed.
I know it's a tax. It's legally defined as a tax, however, it carries the properties of a penalty. I know we're forced to bu insurance. More people = cheaper cost

Obamacare isn't socialized medicine because it's not collectively taking money from people to pay for everybody else's care. The government isn't involved in collective taxation IN ORDER TO pay for everybody else's care. People buy their OWN insurance and pay for it themselves.
